You have probably seen some kung fu film starring Bruce Lee or Jackie Chan, who have captivated the viewers with their enchanting performances of superb and invincible martial arts. Well, what in the world is Chinese kung fu? The word “kung fu” that appears in English dictionaries actually refers to wushu, or the traditional Chinese martial arts. With the art of attack and defense as its content and certain routine and fighting as its form, kung fu is a rare culture heritage originated from the life and labor of our forefathers over the long years of practice and accumulation. Chinese wu shu is a deep ocean of secrets with rich and diverse schools. It's already very good to get a drop of the bucket even one devotes lifelong effort to it.
